This mini course on quadratic forms and related structures, organized by the algebra team of the department of mathematics in Lens, is supported by the Fédération de Recherche Mathématique du Nord-Pas-de-Calais 2956, the department of mathematics in Louvain-la-Neuve (Université catholique de Louvain), the Université d'Artois in the framework of the BQR support (Bonus Qualité Recherche), and the department of mathematics in Lens.

The program includes three 5-hours courses, and few short talks.
