- The mini course will start on Monday at 10:00 and end on Friday at 12:45. The courses will be given in the room "Salle des thèses", building B, second floor, Faculté des Sciences Jean Perrin, rue Jean Souvraz, Lens.
- To access the conference room you proceed as follows: Once you are at the Faculty you must go around the building B until you are in front of the beautiful facade overlooking the garden as explained in this link. Then enter to the hall and go up to the second floor.
- The details for the wifi connection will be given during the mini course.
- Lunch will be offered for no charge to participants. Please inform Ahmed Laghribi in case you have special diet.
- If you will stay at the hotel "Espace Bollaert'' and wish to arrive after 23:00, you should call (+33) 03 21 78 30 30 to get the access code of the hotel.
- The Wednesday afternoon will be free. We plan to organize a visit to the Louvre-Lens Museum at 14:30 for no charge to participants.
- Coming to Lens.
- -- By train:
- From Lille take the regional train TER from the station Lille-Flandres.
- From Paris take the TGV from the station Gare du Nord. Some TGV go directly to Lens, and for others you have to stop in Arras and then take the TER to Lens.
- For informations concerning trains, you can visit the SNCF website.
- -- By plane: The international airport of Lille-Lesquin is the closest to Lens. From this Airoport take a shuttle to the train station Lille-Flandres, and then take the regional train TER. There are also connections from the Airoports in Paris. From the Airoport Charles de Gaulle there are TVG going to Arras or Lille, and from Orly take the OrlyVal to the station Antony, and take the train RER B to Gare du Nord, after that take a TVG to Lens.
Other possibilities are from the Airoport Paris Beauvais, or Brussels South Charleroi Airoport.
