This is the thirteenth mini course on the subject of quadratic forms and related structures organized by the department of mathematics in Lens (Université d'Artois). It is organized in collaboration with the department of mathematics in Louvain-la-Neuve (Université catholique de Louvain). The program includes three 5-hours courses, and four talks (each of 45mn) by young researchers. Here is the program:

Courses:

Bruno Kahn (CNRS): Motifs et cohomologie non ramifiée.

Raman Parimala (Emory University): Galois cohomolgy and Serre's Conjecture II.

Holger Petersson (FernUniversität in Hagen): Construction and classification of cubic Jordan algebras.

Talks:

Jérôme Ducoat (Université Joseph Fourier): Cohomological invariants of finite Coxeter groups.

Yong Hu (Université Paris Sud): Hasse principles over function fields of surfaces.

Roland Lötscher (Universität München): A fiber dimension theorem for essential and canonical dimension.

Stephen Scully (University of Nottingham): On the compressibility of quasilinear hypersurfaces.
